Conference Room Packages

The Penn Stater offers Day Meeting Packages (DMPs) that allow for flexibility in your meeting day and worry-free planning.  The DMPs currently range from $45-$52 per person and include:

• A personal conference services manager assigned to your conference to consult and assist you with the coordination, planning, and on-site execution of your event.
• General session rooms and breakout rooms matching your needs.
• Audio visual equipment.
• Continuous refreshment breaks served in a centrally located coffee break area with beverages available from 7:00am-5:00pm, breakfast food items from 9:00-11:00am, and afternoon snacks from 2:00-4:00pm.
• An elaborate chef’s choice luncheon buffet featuring a variety of salads, hot food, and dessert items served in the Gardens Restaurant.
• All food service gratuities for coffee breaks and for all meals are included in the DMP.
