The Capucon-Angelich Trio unites the French duo of violinist Renaud Capucon and cellist Gautier Capucon with American-born pianist Nicholas Angelich. The Capucon brothers, among the most gifted young string players in classical music, have each won a Victoires de la Musique (the French equivalent to a Grammy) for New Talent of the Year. The piano trio's program features Ludwig wan Beethoven's Kakadu Variations, Dmitri Shostakovich's Piano Trio No. 2 in E, and Johannes Brahms' Piano Trio No. 2 in C Major.
