Materials Research Institute

The Penn State Nanofabrication Facility in the Materials Research Institute building is a user facility where companies can develop new concepts, prototypes and production processes. The facility houses equipment for micro and nanofabrication, including a class 10 clean room environment and materials characterization lab.
